his highness Ayatollah Hashemi e Shahrudi considered that creating system and executive and legal foundations to stabilizing the foundation of family and solving nowadays' problem is really necessary.

At the time of meeting with vice president for women and families, his highness regarded the emphases of Islam with respect to family as thecornerstone of society and said: " In order to achieve the desired objectives of Islam, creating system and executive and legal foundations are really necessary and should seriously be considered by the people who are in charge of that.

his highness Ayatollah Hashemi e Shahrudi regarded the performance of  researching, juridical, and scientific activities as a essential part of this task and reminded that the importance of these issues are so considerable that should be pursued by the Howza of Elmiya and the religious scholars  and also it should be put within the course of Howza and the universities. 

the prominent master of Howza Elmiya criticized the existing negligence about this matter which - unfortunately - has prolonged for decades  and requested the vice president for women and families that, along with having a close connection with the Howza Elmiya and the other scientific and researching centers, some considerable steps should be taken in order to creating system and executive and legal foundations to stabilizing the foundation of family and solving nowadays' problem.

with emphasizing the fact that Islam accentuates the recommendation and advice which is along with the practical action, his Excellency emphasized that we cannot protect the family against the harms only through making recommendation and advice and it needs a careful planning  that has to be done through these executive and legal foundations.

The prominent member of the religious scholars of constitution's guardian council talked about the utilization of the experts and the experienced persons who can offer the practical and real resolutions and added: " it is necessary for such persons to cover the existing problems and dangers regarding the family so that they can be used at the time of planning.    

In this meeting which was held on the family day, the vice president for women and families mentioned some present harms within the families  such as the issue of divorce and said: " such issues doubles our responsibility to protect the families from the further harms.

Also Mrs. Shaheen Dokht Mollaverdy asked for a cooperation from Howza and utilizing the instructions of the religious scholars and scientists in order to solving these issues and problems in an optimal way.
