Noting the Islam emphasis on Literacy, and the pursuit of knowledge, his eminent the grant ayatollah mention that the Islamic world has presently reached a turning point that we should be nominative and motivated with maximum strength, cooperation and interaction toward educational and cultural awakening in the Islamic world.

His eminent noted the importance educational breakthroughs and developments in the Islamic republic of Iran in the fields of science, modern technology.

His eminent also noted that this development is achieved through the firm and genuine commitment of the Iranian people toward Islam and religious values, he added that despite the problems that foreign arrogant nation in the world over the years after the victory of the Islamic revolution has created for the Iranian people, the Iranian are at the sometime continuing their resistance and today Iran has gain immense achievement which has cast shock to the world.

His eminent while announcing the readiness of Iran in offering this achievement to Islamic countries, especially neighboring countries and creating an atmosphere of extensive educational and cultural activities, his eminent point out some of the significant initiative and plan which has taken place in the field of laws such as Islamic criminal laws, in modern times, and also Legal procedures and family law. He also added that cooperation between universities of Oman and the universities of the Islamic republic of Iran such as the justice university, as a necessary development.

During the meeting, which was attended by His Excellency the Chancellor of the Justice University Dr Daudi and his deputies, after the speech of his eminent Ayatollah Hashimi Sharoudi, Dr Daudi the chancellor of the Justice university and Dr Ali al- Bimani the chancellor of the Sultan Qaboos university of Oman, presented their report on the development and activities of their universities. They propose cooperative and collaborative intension in two important educational fields which include the exchange of teachers and students and to undertake joint educational and research project.
