Praise is special for god and God sends greeting to Mohammad and his chaste family and God’s damnation on their enemies, till the judgment day.

I congratulate the blessed days of Sha’baan, the Prophet month. We are on the verge of the birth of Imam Zamaan (God makes haste his arrival). We expect you and our dear nation will profit by this auspicious occasion if God wants and we hope we watch his honorable arrival as soon as possible.

The dear ones said worthy expressions show worry and tenderness and should say these worry and tenderness are necessary and opportunely towards the situation which seen in these days and the resent periods.

It required revolutionary man specially clergymen to be sensitive all the time. This religious and revolutionary sensitiveness is of great importance among clergymen and the system politicians and those who are the soldiers of this revolution.

This sensitiveness has blessings a lot and will be the guarantor of preserving revolutionary morale. This revolutionary morale is the best way of confronting to those who tend to take advantage of situation recently formed in the country to open the way of influence for external enemies and internal hypocrites.

Unfortunately they try to appear weak this sensitiveness and revolutionary morale among politicians, people, clergymen and Hawza Ilmiyya. Therefor it is essential to preserve this sensitiveness as Imam Khamenei recommends emphatically preserving this sensitiveness.

One should feel the revolution needs many affairs yet. The enemy always lurk till penetrate the country so always plan. To prevent the revolution growth and its expansion abroad, the enemy does activities against revolutionary desires and against Imam’s thought which severely are perilous and dangerous.

This thought and also this revolution caused blessings in the region and the world and formed a great upheaval here such as; creating confront against Israel and America and the put the global haughtiness in front of the whole Islamic world because the hegemonic system felt danger well so plan to confront and fight Islamic revolution and its results. You know, what issues are developing in the region outside, the enmity and penetration which do inside, in all different fields in different forms.

Therefor this sensitiveness should be alive in our heart, sole, thought, believe and emotions always, until help us to distinguish the plots and nullify them and also do our duty well. We should plan too. Being revolution means not to be irregular but need plan. This Islam guided and developed by plan. Revolutionary planning was done by Imam Khomeini (god peace upon him) before revolution. So we find all Imam’s activities were always on schedule. He was revolutionist as well as being thoughtful, disciplined, efficient, and wise man. He made this revolution successful by his wisdom and he established and developed the Islamic republic as well. He caused a great blessing and change in the world and Islam history. Perhaps there is a few like him in the history.

Then we need planning, wisdom, tact and using correct means against means which the enemy put to work in front of revolution to damage the revolution and try to excite a sedition and attempt do something until help somebody to put in.

One of the preferences is to emphasize on the position of Vilaayat Faghih and leader in person. He is the basis of revolution and the column of its marquee. One who thinks else, understands not the revolution, Islam, thought and cultural system. Presence of leader is a great blessing. God bestowed this nation that blessing first by Imam, then gave thorough blessings to people and great nation by his correct successor. If God wants, give the great leader of revolution long life, more health, ability, power and glory and save him till his honor Baghiyyatallah arrival. If God wants, he (Imam Khamenei) delivers the main owner this great magnificent marquee of holy Islamic republic system in all around the world and in the region. This is the first issue which should emphasize on more, inside Hawsa and other groups and centers and also among politicians and people. We thank God because people understand it well. Also the importance of that should be underlined in Hawsa. Leader like Imam is not a political leader but a religious leader; a jurisprudent leader and source of imitation.  The Hawsa religious jurisprudence issues should developed under his honor guidance like other issues related to Islamic republic system of Iran which the principle of Vilayate Faghifh supply their Islamic basis. In case we separate this essential principle, the system will be like other ones.

The difference between other systems and this holy Islamic republic is here that later is supported by and under Vilayat of a source of imitation who is aware of era affairs.

The principle, origin and basis of Vilayate Faghih which Imam was sensitive about it, truly is this. This is in range with the line of prophets. He is the regent of Imam Zaman. These issues are not related to politics and managing the government or beyond the Hawsa and jurisprudence knowledge, but the main center is jurisprudence. They depend on this essential principle not vice versa. So it should understand and explain correctly. The learned people must know that if they want to be soldier of Imam Zaman, soldiers of Shia jurisprudence, soildiers of Imam Sadiq and Imam Baqir, this is the way. According to our jurisprudent believe it will not acceptable, if they create a source of jurisprudence without Vilayat. Jurisprudent issues, research, knowledge, Osul, etc. all are to achieve this goal. All are the introduction for a significant target. A target which is the prophet, Imams, Islam and Quran sole’s desire. And that essential concern is jurisprudence Vilayat revival in the society. If one divides jurisprudence from this important concern, then that jurisprudence will be deviational which do not lead to Vilayat and government.

Finally, it wants to reach what? It wants to be the servant of secular governments; like Sunni governments which became at the service of cruel Caliphs. Eventually it becomes a false jurisprudence.

The advantage formidability of Shia jurisprudence is of Vilayat. It must concern saying that Vilayat is something and being the source of jurisprudence and imitation are something else is not true. It is wrong to study only and have no idea about their activities. This is the hypocritical form of dividing religion and politics which Imam emphasize that it was the enemy plot unfortunately created in many Muslims minds. They are the same in another form, a more complex form. Study and not to do with Vilayat and politics! If we separate them, this separation is that kind which finally leads to serve for secular systems even jurisprudence, being source of that and imitation.

The Sunni jurists are at whom services? At service of their governors who are the servants are America and Israel. Their title is Khadim Alharamein but they are Israel and America’s, the servants of haughty arrogant people. Unfortunately all jurisprudent knowledge issues they owned which are great also, are at the service of them. This was the point.

The other point is prudence. Men who are effective, you and other professors discuss and find the way. It should revive in public level.

The second point and prudence: student should be revolutionist as well as being learned. They must be revolutionist in their knowledge. You know what mean does it? It means being educated. One of the reasons for Imam successful in Islamic revolution was he were a great jurist, wise man, knowledgeable man and philosopher. If Imam had not this knowledge he could not be the source of jurisprudence, fulfill the revolution and powerfully pull forward it. How much Imam concerned about being learned? So the basis of Islamic revolution is jurisprudence. Jurisprudence means the knowledge of jurisprudence; Understanding of religious learning, understanding of Islam sole and high Islamic targets; Understanding what Islam need to achieve these goals and also to reach the Islamic government. Islamic government is Islam standing up. This will not happen just by saying the word of Islam, but it needs knowledge because Islamic learning should revive. So its leader must be aware of Islamic learning thoroughly. Thus the Hawsa which undertakes the responsibility, and also revolutionist students must try to be both revolutionist and learned. In case they become learned without being revolutionist or vice versa, this itself is a shock to revolution as well as revolutionary Hawsa and students. Thus preserve being revolutionist and study well to be learned.

One of the issues the enemy takes advantage of and is the source of penetration is this. It tries to show that men who are not revolutionist are very learned and professor. His honor Imam was the most revolutionist and the most learned. Also like Imam, who are few, martyr Beheshti, Motahhari and Sadr could be effective. No one can say they were not learned because they are more elevated than who claim being revolutionist and learned. This was the second point. So try to achieve knowledge means be also learned and revolutionist, then your effects in society will enhance and the enemy can not take advantage. Second problem is the prudence brothers mentioned. The young learned religious students should ask their requests of the sources who are in Hawsa, management council and teachers society, as his honor Imam mentioned that. Really ask. When these requests asked from the direction of learned, they will see that a learned student requires a subject and fear of the enemy penetration and leader weakening, etc., so certainly those great ones answer. So many things unfortunately created in Hawsa in another cover. Apparently is something but really is another thing. Seriously it must be confronted and ask. Even it is possible to stand against many of false structures which needs planning and designing proper models. When it seems that requests are of direction of learned ones and teachers, becomes important. The other prudent is to reveal the points from leader great position or the issues felt as influential men after-effects and the enemy is going to penetrate, also ones inside face in this manner unfortunately, should revealed. Then those factors must introduce which bring guarantee in students mind and Hawsa. Accordingly become clear that who is true and who do what. Who is seeking the devil goals which influential men follow?

This danger is serious. Unhappily both in Hawsa and politicians are serious. Leader great position emphasizes that constantly because his honor feels and receives news more than us. He senses of the peril then always emphasizes thing he worries about because he looks over the scene better than anybody which what that is and what is happening. In deed the enemy comes to the field against Islamic republic system by its whole strength and all body; both inside and in the region and around the world. The enemy puts to work all its equipment in front of Islamic republic system because this system achieved much greatness. This system became powerful. This system strikes their calculations all. This system created resistance. They can not do anymore what they used to do easily in the region.

If there were not blessings of this system in creating Islamic awaken and resistance, they had easily occupied Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, etc. In the past, it was done by the ambassador sign not great ones have come to the field. All their great ones have come to the field but neither could do anything. Resistance created. A situation developed that they could do nothing. Therefore the enemy has come to the field by all its body. “all falsehood faces all Islam”. The prophet (peace upon him) said that to Amiralmomenin in Khandaq war. Today the Islam world circumstances are alike. There appeared a vast struggle between falsehood which sometimes apparently manifests as hypocritical Islam and the whole Islam. One must distinguish issues signs and indicators and introduce to the Hawsa. According to those indicators and signs, religious revolutionist obliged students can distinguish. There are many who do not know them then deceived. Perhaps public level of Hawsa cannot distinguish many of these indexes, codes and indicators. These indicators must be determined and introduced. One who says a word against truth in fact means he confirms the influential man and means he moves against resistance. Maybe his words are acceptable and charming apparently, but core of his words is something else. When one can distinguish the indicators and take out indexes of each problem, certainly he not deceived at all. Revolutionary problems are a lot not one or two; including leader speeches and guidance, etc. One must pay attention to affairs in order not to form penetration, develop public situation against revolution and brought not persons who deceive learned men and religious authorities in Hawsa.

Affairs should do prudently and by using correct tools. We must use those tools create power and penetration in favor of revolution. If we do not use, they will use and overcome revolutionists.

In Hawsa, one of the means is knowledge also other issues which there is no time to talk about here.

God grace you to be able to preserve this sensitiveness if God want. Plan and think prudently based on blessings from this sensitiveness.

You should always work and serve under the leader flag. It protects you. Try to use their guidance and points he expresses. He thoroughly is aware of issues Thanks God and reminds points opportunely. Change them to plan and perform in different fields if God wants. In deed they are needed in a revolutionary Hawsa. Revolutionary Hawza is much responsible. Its mission is heavy. It can work much too. It can change the world. It can help the system. It can help the knowledge. It can help the culture of society. We need them all.

God help us to do something in this way if he wants and we satisfy Imam Zaman, Imam Khomeini, great honorable leader and before all, the God in high.
